体験版はありますか？
あります。製品をインストールし、プラグインの START TRIAL を押すと、14日間お試しいただけます。体験版の開始には Prizlune アカウントが必要です。
体験版にノイズや機能の制限はありますか？
ありません。体験中は製品版と同じようにすべての機能を使えます。
体験期間が終わるとどうなりますか？
プラグインは音を加工せず、そのまま通すようになります。プロジェクトはそのまま開けます。製品を購入して ACTIVATE すると、続けて使えます。
体験版は何回でも使えますか？
1つのアカウントにつき、製品ごとに1回です。期間を延ばす目的で複数のアカウントを作ることは、利用規約で禁止しています。
体験版と製品版でインストーラーは違いますか？
同じです。体験中に購入した場合も、インストールし直す必要はありません。プラグインの ACTIVATE を押すだけで製品版になります。
購入と支払い
どうやって購入しますか？
製品ページからカートに入れ、Prizlune アカウントでログインして購入します。購入した製品は、そのアカウントに登録されます。
どの支払い方法が使えますか？
支払いは Stripe を通じて行います。クレジットカード・デビットカードのほか、Link などが使えます。使える方法は、お住まいの国によって異なります。
価格に税は含まれていますか？
価格は米ドル建てで、税抜きで表示しています。お住まいの国によっては、購入時に税が加算されます。日本円など他の通貨でのお支払いは、カード会社などの換算レートで決まります。
領収書はもらえますか？
購入後、領収書がメールで届きます。
返金はできますか？
製品はデジタルコンテンツのため、購入後の返金は原則としてお受けしていません。購入前に体験版で動作をご確認ください。例外は利用規約の第6条をご覧ください。
同じ製品をうっかり二重に買ってしまうことはありますか？
ありません。ログインしている場合、持っている製品は「購入済み」と表示され、カートには入りません。
ライセンスと有効化
購入した製品はどうやって有効にしますか？
プラグインの ACTIVATE を押すと、ブラウザで My Prizlune が開きます。購入したアカウントでログインし、プラグインに表示されたコードを確かめて承認すると、製品版になります。
何台のコンピューターで使えますか？
ご本人のアカウントで使う限り、台数の制限はありません。自宅とスタジオなど、ご自身の複数のコンピューターで使えます。ただし、アカウントやライセンスを他の人と共有することはできません。
コンピューターを買い替えたら？
新しいコンピューターにインストールして、ACTIVATE を押すだけです。古いコンピューターで解除する手続きはいりません。Windows を入れ直したときも同じです。
インターネットに常時つながっている必要はありますか？
ありません。ライセンス認証は ACTIVATE と START TRIAL の操作時に通信し、有効化後はオフラインでも使えます。更新の自動確認は認証とは独立し、SettingsでOFFにできます。
アップデートは無料ですか？
同じ製品のアップデートは無料です。大きく作り変えた版は、別の製品として発売します（例：EQ FLEX V2）。
製品で作った曲を商用で使えますか？
使えます。製品を使って制作した楽曲や音声は、商用・非商用を問わず自由に利用できます。
動作環境
対応している OS と形式は？
Windows（64ビット）の VST3 プラグインです。VST3 に対応した DAW でお使いいただけます。
Mac や AU、AAX には対応していますか？
現在は対応していません。正直にお伝えすると、開発者が Mac を持っていないため、今は Mac 版を作って動作を確かめることができません。対応は検討中です。
アカウント
アカウントは必要ですか？
製品の購入、有効化、体験版の利用に必要です。My Prizlune で作成でき、作成に費用はかかりません。
持っている製品はどこで確認できますか？
ページ右上の人のアイコンから My Prizlune を開くと、持っている製品が一覧で表示されます。
ログインできない／メールアドレスを変えたい
お問い合わせページからご連絡ください。購入した製品はアカウントに登録されているため、ご本人と確認できれば引き継げます。
製品について
実在の機材名が書かれていますが、公式の製品ですか？
いいえ。CLASSICシリーズでは、設計の参考にした機材の系統を示すために実在の機材名を記載していますが、Prizlune はそれらのメーカーと提携しておらず、許諾や推奨を受けたものではありません。各機材名は、それぞれの権利者の商標です。また、本製品は参考にした機材の音や機能を完全に再現するものではありません。
Trials
Is there a trial?
Yes. Install the product and press START TRIAL in the plugin for a 14-day trial. You need a Prizlune account to start it.
Does the trial add noise or limit features?
No. During the trial every feature works just as in the full version.
What happens when the trial ends?
The plugin passes audio through without processing it. Your projects still open. Buy the product and press ACTIVATE to keep using it.
Can I use a trial more than once?
Each account can use a trial once per product. Our Terms of Use do not allow creating extra accounts to extend a trial.
Are the trial and full version separate installers?
No, one installer covers both. If you buy during the trial, there is nothing to reinstall: press ACTIVATE in the plugin and it becomes the full version.
Buying and payment
How do I buy?
Add the product to your cart from its page, sign in with your Prizlune account and check out. The product is added to that account.
Which payment methods can I use?
Payments are handled by Stripe. You can pay by credit or debit card, Link and more; the methods available depend on your country.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are in US dollars and shown before tax. Depending on your country, tax may be added at checkout. If you pay in another currency, your card issuer's exchange rate applies.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes, a receipt is emailed to you after purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Because products are digital content, we generally do not offer refunds after purchase. Please try the trial before buying. For the exceptions, see section 6 of the Terms of Use.
Could I accidentally buy the same product twice?
No. While you are signed in, products you own are marked "Owned" and cannot be added to the cart.
Licenses and activation
How do I activate a product I bought?
Press ACTIVATE in the plugin and My Prizlune opens in your browser. Sign in with the account you bought with, check that the code matches the one in the plugin and approve it.
How many computers can I use it on?
As long as you use your own account, there is no limit. You can use it on all your own computers, for example at home and in the studio. Sharing your account or licenses with other people is not allowed.
What if I get a new computer?
Install the product on the new computer and press ACTIVATE. You don't need to deactivate the old one. The same goes for reinstalling Windows.
Do I need to stay online?
No. License activation connects when you press ACTIVATE or START TRIAL. Activated products work offline. Optional update checks are separate and can be disabled in Settings.
Are updates free?
Updates to the product you own are free. A major redesign is released as a separate product (for example, EQ FLEX V2).
Can I use music I make with it commercially?
Yes. You may freely use music and audio you create with our products, commercially or otherwise.
System requirements
Which OS and plugin format are supported?
Windows (64-bit), VST3. It works in any DAW that supports VST3.
Do you support Mac, AU or AAX?
Not at the moment. To be honest, the developer doesn't own a Mac, so we can't build and test a Mac version right now. We are considering it.
Your account
Do I need an account?
Yes, to buy, activate or start a trial. You can create one for free on My Prizlune.
Where can I see the products I own?
Open My Prizlune from the person icon at the top right of the page to see a list of your products.
I can't sign in, or I want to change my email address
Please reach us through the contact page. Your products are tied to your account, so once we confirm it's you, we can move them over.
About our products
Real hardware names are mentioned. Are these official products?
No. In the CLASSIC series we name the type of equipment that informed a design, but Prizlune is not affiliated with, licensed by or endorsed by those manufacturers. All product names are trademarks of their respective owners. Our products do not fully reproduce the sound or functions of the equipment they reference.
