Prizlune（以下「当方」）は、公式サイト（prizlune.com）、会員サイト My Prizlune（account.prizlune.com）および当方のソフトウェア製品（以下あわせて「本サービス」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いを、次のとおり定めます。
1. 取得する情報
- アカウント：メールアドレス、会員ID、登録・ログインの日時。Google でログインした場合は、Google アカウントのメールアドレス、名前、プロフィール画像。
- 購入：購入した製品、金額、日時、注文の識別番号。カード番号などの支払い情報は決済事業者（Stripe）が取得し、当方は受け取りません。請求書の作成のために決済事業者が取得する国・郵便番号などの請求先情報は、当方も決済事業者の管理画面で確認できます。
- ライセンスの有効化と体験版：コンピューターごとの識別子（元の値を復元できない形に変換したもの）、コンピューター名、有効化や体験開始の日時。
- お問い合わせ：お名前、メールアドレス、お問い合わせの内容。
- アクセス情報：IP アドレス、ブラウザの種類、閲覧したページ、日時などのアクセス記録。公式サイトでは Google アナリティクス（Cookie を使用）でアクセス状況を集計しています。
- ブラウザ内の保存：表示言語やカートの中身は、お使いのブラウザ内（localStorage）に保存されます。当方のサーバーには送信されません。
2. 利用目的
- アカウントの提供と本人確認
- 製品の販売、購入記録の管理、ライセンスと体験版の発行
- 不正な購入・有効化・ライセンスの共有の防止と調査
- お問い合わせやサポートへの対応
- 購入、ライセンス、本サービスの重要な変更に関するご連絡
- 本サービスの改善と利用状況の分析
- 法令にもとづく対応（税務上の記録の保存を含みます）
当方は、同意をいただかない限り、広告や宣伝のメールを送信しません。
3. 第三者への提供
当方は、法令にもとづく場合を除き、本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。ただし、次の項目に記載する事業者に、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で取り扱いを委託します。
4. 利用している外部サービス
- Clerk, Inc.（米国）：ログインとアカウントの管理
- Stripe, Inc. およびその関連会社（Link, LLC を含む。米国）：決済と販売代行。お住まいの国によっては Link, LLC が販売者となり、Stripe のプライバシーポリシーにもとづいて情報を取り扱います。
- Cloudflare, Inc.（米国）：サイトの配信、データの保管、メールの送信
- Google LLC（米国）：Google でのログイン、アクセス解析（Google アナリティクス）
これらの事業者は外国（米国）にあり、情報は外国で保管・処理されます。米国の個人情報の保護に関する制度は、個人情報保護委員会のウェブサイトで確認できます。各事業者の取り扱いは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
5. Cookie とアクセス解析
会員サイトでは、ログイン状態を保つために Cookie を使用します。公式サイトの Google アナリティクスは Cookie を使って匿名のアクセス状況を集計します。Google アナリティクスによる集計は、Google が提供するオプトアウト アドオンで無効にできます。
6. 保管期間
アカウントの情報は、アカウントがある間保管します。アカウントを削除した後も、購入の記録は税務などの法令で定められた期間（原則7年間）保管します。アクセス記録は、運用に必要な期間が過ぎたものから削除します。
7. 安全管理
当方は、情報の漏えい、滅失、き損を防ぐため、通信の暗号化、アクセス権限の管理など、必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。
8. 開示・訂正・削除などのご請求
ご本人から、保有する個人情報の開示、訂正、利用停止、削除、またはアカウントの削除のご請求があった場合は、ご本人であることを確認したうえで、法令にしたがい遅滞なく対応します。お問い合わせからご連絡ください。
9. 改定
当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更は、本サービス上でお知らせします。改定後の内容は、このページに掲載した時点から適用されます。

Prizlune ("we") sets out below how we handle information on the official site (prizlune.com), the member site My Prizlune (account.prizlune.com) and our software products (together, the "Service").
1. Information we collect
- Account: email address, member ID, and the dates of sign-up and sign-in. If you sign in with Google, the email address, name and profile picture of your Google account.
- Purchases: the products you bought, the amount, the date and the order identifier. Payment details such as card numbers are collected by our payment provider (Stripe) and are never sent to us. Billing details such as your country and postal code, which the payment provider collects to issue invoices, are visible to us in the payment provider's dashboard.
- License activation and trials: an identifier for each computer (converted so that the original value cannot be recovered), the computer name, and the dates of activation and trial start.
- Inquiries: your name, email address and the content of your inquiry.
- Access information: access records such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and time. The official site uses Google Analytics (which uses cookies) to measure traffic.
- Stored in your browser: your language setting and cart contents are kept in your browser (localStorage) and are not sent to our servers.
2. How we use it
- To provide your account and confirm your identity
- To sell products, keep purchase records, and issue licenses and trials
- To prevent and investigate fraudulent purchases, activations and license sharing
- To answer inquiries and provide support
- To contact you about purchases, licenses and important changes to the Service
- To improve the Service and analyze how it is used
- To comply with the law, including keeping records required for tax purposes
We do not send advertising or promotional emails without your consent.
3. Sharing with third parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. We do entrust its handling to the service providers listed in the next section, to the extent needed for the purposes above.
4. Service providers we use
- Clerk, Inc. (USA): sign-in and account management
- Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates, including Link, LLC (USA): payments and reselling. Depending on your country, Link, LLC acts as the seller and handles your information under Stripe's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): site delivery, data storage and email delivery
- Google LLC (USA): sign-in with Google and traffic analysis (Google Analytics)
These providers are located outside Japan (in the USA), and your information is stored and processed there. Please see each provider's privacy policy for how they handle information.
5. Cookies and analytics
The member site uses cookies to keep you signed in. Google Analytics on the official site uses cookies to measure traffic anonymously. You can opt out with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
6. Retention
We keep account information while your account exists. After an account is deleted, purchase records are kept for the period required by tax and other laws (generally seven years). Access records are deleted once they are no longer needed for operation.
7. Security
We take necessary and appropriate measures, such as encrypted connections and access control, to prevent leaks, loss or damage of information.
8. Your requests
If you ask us to disclose, correct, stop using or delete your personal information, or to delete your account, we will confirm your identity and respond without delay in accordance with the law. Please contact us through the contact page.

We may revise this policy when necessary. We will announce important changes on the Service. A revised policy applies from the time it is posted on this page.
